* Hourly rates starts and ends at Amsterdam Centre or Schiphol Airport.

* When the service starts or ends in another city, extra call out fee will be applied (calculated in time from Amsterdam)

* Airport arrival includes 60 minutes after touchdown; if contact is made with the guest, a waiting time fee will apply after these 60 minutes, and if no contact is established, it will result in a no-show.

* Changing the program within 12 hours of the scheduled booking for sprinters, and the coach bus will result in an additional booking. For cars, changes within 4 hours of the booking will result in an additional

* For sprinter and coach bus bookings, cancellations are free up to 12 hours before the scheduled booking time. After this period, the full amount will be charged. For cars, cancellations are free up to a maximum of 3

hours before the booking time; after that, the full amount will be charged. However, if a train or flight is canceled, and the car booking is canceled within 3 hours of the scheduled time, only 50% of the booking

amount will be charged.”

* Excluding parking fees, tolls, ferry and tunnel costs, as well as meal and accommodation expenses for the driver in case of an overnight stay.

* General terms of Carriage and Travel KNV Busvervoer are applied on Sprinter & Touringcar bookings.
