A business chauffeur service is ground transport your company buys on an account rather than ride by ride. SilverDrive provides agreed vehicles from its own fleet, screened English-speaking chauffeurs, prices fixed at booking and one consolidated invoice, so the person who books has less to chase and finance has less to query.
What a corporate chauffeur service account gives you
The passenger judges the car. The service itself is built at the desk of the person who books it, usually an executive assistant, office manager or travel manager, and that is who we set it up for.
- One booking channel that always answers, with one dispatcher holding multi-vehicle days together.
- Confirmations you can paste into a calendar or forward to the passenger as they are.
- Journeys listed against your references on a single invoice, so finance can allocate them without asking you.
- Passengers who never touch payment: the chauffeur does not discuss money in the car.
- Standing arrangements for recurring Schiphol runs, and guest pickups with a name board at arrivals.
How business chauffeur hire works
Most corporate work falls into three formats, and many accounts use all of them.
Transfers
Point-to-point journeys: hotel to office, office to Schiphol, a client from arrivals to your boardroom. Every airport transfer includes flight tracking and 60 minutes of waiting after touchdown.
Hourly and full-day bookings
For meeting days, site visits and roadshows, the car and chauffeur stay with the passenger and wait between stops. See chauffeur hire by the hour.
Multi-vehicle days
Board days, conferences and delegations, where several cars, a Sprinter or a coach run to one schedule under one dispatcher. Our event transportation page covers larger programmes.
The corporate fleet
The fleet is our own, and the vehicle booked is the vehicle that arrives.
- Mercedes-Benz E-Class: the everyday executive saloon.
- Mercedes-Benz S-Class and Mercedes-Maybach: board members and senior guests.
- Mercedes-Benz EQS and BMW i7: electric journeys, with per-journey emissions data for your reporting.
- V-Class (7 seats) and EQV (5 or 6 seats): small teams travelling together.
- Sprinter (8, 16/20 or 28/30 seats) and Setra S 515 HDH (52 seats): larger movements.
Where the service runs
From our Amsterdam base we cover the Zuidas, the city centre and Schiphol daily, the rest of the Netherlands, and cross-border work to Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Switzerland and the UK. A visitor who lands at Schiphol, meets in Rotterdam and finishes in Brussels stays with one operator and one invoice. For longer runs, see city-to-city transfers.
Business chauffeur service compared with taxis and ride-hailing
For an occasional short ride, a taxi or an app does the job, and we will not pretend otherwise. The difference shows over a year of bookings: variable fares, unknown drivers and a stack of individual receipts on one side, agreed vehicles, known chauffeurs and one invoice on the other. A delayed flight or an overrunning meeting does not reopen the price with us, and a senior guest is never left looking for a car. The train is still the efficient choice for a single employee travelling light between city centres.
Who it suits
Companies that host visitors, run board days, send executives to Schiphol every week or book for people they answer for. On repeat routes, ask for the same chauffeur: where the schedule allows, we keep that continuity, and on multi-day visits the same chauffeur stays throughout.
