The Mercedes-Maybach S-Class takes the S-Class platform, stretches it further and gives the additional length to the rear again, adding higher-grade materials, more rear isolation and reclining rear seating as standard. It is built to be driven in rather than driven, which is why it appears in chauffeur fleets far more often than in private driveways.
