Private drivers in Europe solve the problem trains and flights cannot: door-to-door travel between cities, across borders, with one fixed price and no transfers. SilverDrive drives city-to-city routes from its Amsterdam base throughout the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg, with English-speaking chauffeurs and a premium Mercedes and BMW fleet. This page is the map of every route we cover.

How city-to-city chauffeur rides work

You book the route, not the kilometers: one fixed price for the whole car, agreed before departure, covering tolls, borders and waiting. The car becomes a moving office or a rolling hotel room, stops happen where you want them, and your luggage is handled exactly twice: at your door and at your destination. From three travelers upward, the math usually beats flexible train fares; for any traveler, it beats them on effort.

Routes from Amsterdam

Routes from Schiphol

Every Dutch and Belgian city plus the German Rhineland: Brussels, Frankfurt, Berlin, Paris, Luxembourg, Hamburg and Cologne. Further afield: Vienna to Salzburg and Nice to Monaco show the range; if two European cities have a road between them, we quote it.

Why travelers choose a private driver over flying within Europe

Under roughly 500 kilometers, the car wins on total time once airports are counted, and it wins everywhere on what the hours feel like: no security lines, no boarding groups, no luggage belt. It also wins on flexibility: a meeting added in Antwerp on the way to Brussels costs minutes, not a rebooking. For longer legs, we drive while you sleep, or coordinate with private aviation for the flying part and handle every kilometer on the ground.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a private driver in Europe cost?

Each route has a fixed price for the whole car, depending on distance and vehicle class. The price includes tolls, border crossings and reasonable stops, and never changes after booking.

Can the driver cross borders?

Yes. Cross-border rides through the Benelux, Germany and France are daily work, with no paperwork on your side.

Are multi-city itineraries possible?

Yes: multi-stop and multi-day itineraries with one consistent driver are quoted as a single fixed price. Amsterdam, Antwerp and Brussels in one day is a classic.

Which vehicles are used for long-distance rides?

Mercedes S-Class and BMW i7 for individual travelers, V-Class and EQV for groups up to 7, all with chargers, Wi-Fi and water on board.
