Diamonds, fashion and the port: discreet drivers and fixed prices, about 75 minutes from Amsterdam.
Antwerp handles the majority of the world's rough diamonds within a few streets of its Central Station, dresses much of Europe from a fashion district a short walk away, and runs one of the continent's largest ports at its northern edge. The people moving between those worlds carry things (stones, samples, contracts), and the city centre they move through was never designed for cars.
The centre is medieval in layout, much of the core is pedestrianised or access-restricted, and a low emission zone covers the inner city. A private chauffeur drops you at the door, waits at an agreed point and is at the kerb when you come out; in Antwerp that is the only version of the trip that runs on time. SilverDrive covers Antwerp from Amsterdam, about an hour and a quarter by motorway, with screened chauffeurs who do not ask what is in the briefcase.
